For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. For parties and corporate events, 4–8 weeks is typically enough. Popular summer and holiday weekends fill fast — the earlier, the better. That said, we often have last-minute availability and can sometimes accommodate requests within a week.

All packages include professional-grade speakers, subwoofers, DJ controller, laptop, cables, and backup equipment. Wedding and corporate packages include full PA systems, wireless microphones, and lighting rigs. We bring everything — you don't need to rent a thing. If your venue has an in-house sound system you'd like us to use, we can integrate with that too.

Yes — all packages include guest song requests. Before your event, you'll submit a must-play list and an optional do-not-play list. During the event, guests can request songs directly. We read the room and blend requests into the set naturally, so the flow stays right even when we pivot genres on the fly.

Cancellations 30+ days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days are charged 50% of the total package price. In the rare event we have to cancel on our end, you receive a full refund plus a voucher for a future event.

MC services are included in the Wedding Package and available as an add-on for Corporate and Party packages. The MC handles introductions, toasts, announcements, grand entrances, and first dance calls. For weddings, MC services are a major differentiator — a great MC keeps the timeline moving and the energy high without being cheesy about it.

A 25% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers via Stripe. Everything is processed securely online — no cash, no checks, no chasing invoices. You'll get automated payment reminders and a receipt for everything.

Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at $75–$150 depending on your package. We always try to give you a heads-up at the 30-minute mark before your contracted end time so you can decide on the fly. No surprises on the invoice — overtime is agreed verbally or via text before the time passes.

Yes. We serve events nationwide. Travel within 50 miles is included in the package price. Beyond 50 miles, a travel fee is calculated and included in your quote upfront — no surprises. For events requiring overnight stays, accommodation is added at cost with no markup.
